Orders & Shipping

If you need to cancel, please do so within 12 hours of placing your order. If any customization (like blouse stitching, fall/pico, blouse detachment, or tasseling) has been done, cancellations won’t be possible. Refunds for online payments will be processed within 7-10 working days.

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, please let us know within 2 days of delivery. The item should be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Unfortunately, customized pieces (like those with fall and picot) aren’t eligible for return or exchange.

We try our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible!
Metro cities: 24-48 hours
Non-metro areas: Within 3 days
