Shipping Policy
NOTE FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE:
- The item to be returned/exchanged should be unwashed and unused to ensure hygiene.
- The item must contain the original packaging and tags, without which the item will not be accepted.
- Return/Exchange requests raised after 2 days of the delivery will not be accepted.
- The product to be returned/exchanged will be picked up within 2-5 of the approval of the request.
- Customized Fall and Picot items are not eligible for return/exchange.
NOTE FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of order cancellation, please do the same before the item is dispatched. Shipping charges stand non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
RETURN POLICY:
- If the item you received is in bad condition or the packaging has been tampered with, don’t receive the package. You can contact us at orders@tuyam.in providing your order details. You will be issued a replacement immediately without any extra costs.
- Shipping and Cash-On Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- In case you wish to return the item, raise your request within 2 days of the delivery.
- If you receive a defective item, mail us at orders@tuyam.in with the order details and photograph of the item.
- For cancellation of the order, do it before the item is shipped.
- If you cancel your order before shipping, you will be refunded the full amount paid.
- Once shipped, the charges of shipping the item back would be paid by the customer.
- On receiving the product, our team would do a quality check and the amount exclusive of the shipping charges would be refunded.
- Unfortunately, we don’t have an exchange policy for our international customers.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, the link for the refund will be sent to the registered e-mail and phone no.
- If you have first opted for an exchange and then wish to return the exchanged item for a refund, you will have to pay Rs. 150 for shipping charges.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- You are suggested to raise an exchange request within 2 working days of receiving the item. You may receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours about your request status.
- Ensure that the product has its original packing when picked up.
- Return/Exchange requests raised after 2 days of receiving the shipment will not be accepted. In case of unexpected circumstances, you can write to us at orders@tuyam.in.
- We will notify you once the shipment has been received.
- If you have first opted for an exchange and then wish to return the exchanged item for a refund, you will have to pay Rs. 150 for shipping charges.
- Customized items are not eligible for exchange or returns.
- In case the product you want to exchange it with is of a higher amount, you would be provided a coupon code for the returned amount. You can use this coupon while placing the order and pay the remaining balance on your next purchase.
- If the exchanged product is of an amount lower than the one bought earlier, we would ship the exchange item as soon as we receive it and the remaining amount would be refunded.
- Remember, your item is eligible for exchange only once. If exchanging the product for the second time, you would have to bear the shipping charges of both sides.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- If by any chance, you’re required to cancel your order, do so before the product is shipped.
- If you cancel the order before the shipment of the product, you would be refunded the entire amount.
- Any custom charges or VAT has to be borne by the customer.
- All EU customers have to bear the VAT charges apart from the customs charges.
- In case of return of the product, the shipping cost, customs, and additional charges will be borne by the customer. On receiving the returned item, a quality check would be done. You are requested to send the item in its original packaging and with the tags.
- The amount for the item will be refunded after quality inspection exclusive of the shipping charges.
- If you receive a defective item, mail us at orders@tuyam.in with the order details and a screenshot of the item.
- We don’t have an exchange offer for international customers.
